MyCashFolio provides a web-based software suite for recording, structuring, and monitoring personal and team finances independently. Features include but are not limited to: multi-wallet management, transaction mutation tracking (income, expense, transfer), hierarchical category trees, monthly budgets, financial calendar, debts and loans management, dues tracking, savings goals, recurring transactions, and cashflow reports.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes. All activities occurring under your account are considered authorized by you. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
All financial data, transaction details, notes, and uploaded attachments remain your exclusive property. MyCashFolio claims no ownership over your data and processes it solely to provide the application features and services to you.
MyCashFolio is an administrative bookkeeping and calculation utility. The reports, visualizations, and summaries generated are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute certified financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, tampering with infrastructure, uploading malicious code, or attempting to bypass workspace authorization boundaries.
Users may attach payment proof in receipt image formats or PDF invoice documents. You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded documents are lawful and free of malicious software.
We may periodically update the platform functionality and these terms to reflect feature enhancements and regulatory standards. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
